Process:
ముందుగా గులాబ్ జామ్ పిండితో కొంచెం నీరు కలిపి మృదువుగా పిండి ముద్దగా చేసుకోవాలి. ఇప్పుడు ఆ పిండి ముద్దను చిన్న చిన్న బాల్స్ లా గోలాకారంలో చేస్తాము. బెల్లంను నీటితో కరిగించి సిరప్ చేసుకోవాలి. తర్వాత ఆ బాల్స్ లను deep frying చేసి, వేడి సిరప్లో ముంచి ఉంచాలి. చివరిగా ఎలాంటి కృత్రిమ రంగులు లేదా ప్రిజర్వేటివ్లు లేకుండా పరిశుభ్రంగా ప్యాకింగ్ చేస్తాము.
