Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Gramee Naturals, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
• If the order is cancelled within the allowed time
• If a wrong or damaged product is delivered
• If the product is not delivered

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• Failure to receive the order at the time of delivery
• Products returned in used or damaged condition (not due to our fault)
